WARRANTY INFORMATION

JACK + BELL offers a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty.  Our products are not suitable for wear during sports activities or anything that puts the watch at a higher risk of damage.

Any errors caused by the manufacturing of the watches such as defects will be covered by warranty.

What is not included in the warranty?

• Our 1 year warranty does not include any damage caused to the watch through everyday use.
• Eg dropping your watch, bumps, wear and tear etc.
• Our warranty does not include the watch battery.
• The manufacturer’s warranty also does not include general ‘wear and tear’ to the watch strap.

Water Damage: 

Our leather bands are not covered by warranty from water damage. While our watches are water resistant for 5ATM, we do not recommend purposefully subjecting the watch to water activities, and the any water damage to the leather bands are not covered by this warranty.
